Companion Dog I

For dogs 4 months and older, any breed and size. A foundation-level class, designed to help you teach your dog basic good manners – attention on handler, sit, down, stay, come, polite greetings, walking on leash, wait at doors, and leave it. No previous training required.

Requirements: proof of rabies vaccine and current distemper/parvo shots. (please confirm vaccinations by email or bring proof to orientation) . All members of the family are welcome. Children under 5 years will need an additional adult for supervision. If you have any questions please contact us.

Attending the first class (a 90 minute orientation without dogs) is mandatory.

All group classes will be held at 4907 Landes Street, Port Townsend, WA at the Fairgrounds

• A minimum of 6 participants must sign up for classes to move forward. In the event a class cannot be filled it will be cancelled or rescheduled. If you are unable or decide not to join the rescheduled class a full refund will be given.

• Cancellations up to 14 days before class start will be issued a full refund. After that a 75% refund will be given up until the beginning of class.
